MORNING ACTIVITY DRIVE OUT OUR COLD?
For a few busy people, physical exercise some time get forgotten accidentally. To much activity always became super power season for skip from this thing. But do you know? If we do some physical exercise even it small thing like jogging, sit up, push up, and we do it every morning, we can reduce and protect our body from little sick, like cold and fever. Especially is “daily” cold. There are some tips that we can do for reduce that sick.

Try to sleep in bed when you feel cold or fever.

For reduce secretions in our breathing, drink a lot of water. This thing also can reduce from complication like bronchitis disease and keep our red line still wet.

Dry feeling in our red line can stimulate us to cough. We can cope it with gargle with warm water and salt.

Hot soup also can be a good advice for reduce cold in the morning.

Thy to not consumption some milk or other because it can strengthen the secretion.

Don’t forget some physical exercise in the morning. Do it everyday even it just a few minutes.
