Breakfast is healthy snacks such as adequate nutrition for a glass of milk or fruit juice or breakfast with rich of nutrition and low fat. Third, a nutritious lunch. Why should nutritious? Eat snack usually high-calorie foods will be the main choice when we hungry, such as chocolate, biscuits, or chips, which contain more fat, sugar and salt. To choose the nutritious lunch that is a wise way to overcome hunger.
