SALT FOR HYPERTENSION DESEASE
Cooking without salt? For some people may be terrible things. Food is not food when it without salt. In reality, salt is important thing for us. Not just for our tongue, but also our body. Potassium and other essence in salt is important material for our body. But, how about people with hypertension risk? That must be important thing to be attentions.
Low salt diet is the best diet for people with hypertension risk. With low salt, that can reduce until 30 percent accident because heart attack and hypertension disease. There are many way that we can do for try low salt diet. For example, use salt with low sodium and natrium for cooking (don’t use kitchen salt, but use table salt). Or may be you can remove your salt from your table. It’s effective way to reduce salt consumption. Without salt in our table, it’s make us not feel like to put salt in kitchen.
Besides salt, people with hypertension risk can change their food with fruit and vegetables. Fiber and vitamin C in fruit and vegetable also can reduce the high pressure. People also can eat cereal with high fiber to reduce their fat from blood.
There are a few thing that people with hypertension risk MUST avoid, there are food with a lot of salt, alcohol, and smoke. So lets keep our body, and make them always health.

Breakfast. Simple thing that some people even us, often forget and don’t care. Lazy, busy, or some time we want to loose our weight. But, if we want to do it, we will avoid from a lot of deadly disease, like heart attack, diabetes, and stroke. With precise healthy menu, we have a chance to reduce that risk.

If we do some physical exercise even it small thing like jogging, sit up, push up, and we do it every morning, we can reduce and protect our body from little sick, like cold and fever. Blood pressure say normal at 130 – 139 (blood pressure when heart pump blood into artery) / 85 – 89 (when heart relaxation) if blood pressure always approach the limit in long time, you must be wary in hypertensions risk. After 35 years old, blood pressure getting bigger, blood artery became thick and clumsy.
