HEALTHY BREAKFAST MENU

Always get hungry feeling? Make snack became favorite choice? Easy to exhaustion? Or even you have over weight problem? May be you should ask to your self, what are you eat every morning? Breakfast is important thing related that all questions.

Some time we don’t aware, in 10 o’clock we always feels hungry, and use snack for favorite choice. The result is, we don’t have energy for our activity. Don’t you know? We can fix it with change our breakfast menu? Yes. Just breakfast menu.

Some of people eat according their eyes. What they see, is what they like, and what they eat. With other word, their eyes is became final decisions for chose what they eat today. We always think, if we want to get healthy body, vegetable is answer. But, is that true if we can make the best decision for our body? In fact, eyes and body need are absolutely not same context. The pancreas is the leader. Pancreas is organ that produce the gastric juice and insulin.

When we wake up in the morning, our body need 114 different nutritions. We can answer the demand with healthy breakfast menu, start from carbohydrate, protein (we can use from concerning plants or of an animal like egg, meat, or other), vegetable included vegetable soup, and for complete that menu, don’t forget a glass of milk. Thats a perfect menu for our daily activity.

CAFEINE, NEED OR UNNEED?

For a few people, coffee became thing tat we must avoid. And the reason is caffeine that include in coffee is the cause of heart attack. But, is that true? Or it’s just another mitos.

So many research claim, people who consumption coffee every day, got risk of heart attack bigger than people who don’t drink coffee often. But, outboard from that research, there are so many effect for our body that because coffee problem (good or bad)

First, some research says, caffeine who able in coffee, is chemical essence from plant who can give stimulated our brain and artery system. Caffeine also be able in tea, soft drink, energy drink, chocolate, and also medicine.

Second, coffee is diuretic material. It’s mean drinking a lot of coffee can make us lost our liquid faster than people who don’t drink coffee. So if you drink much lot of coffee, you should balance it with a lot of water.

Third, coffee can help us to burn fat in our body. Caffeine also used for diet supplement material blessing metabolic effect where fat acid release in blood, activity in muscle increase, and calcium supply is available for do some contractions.

But, in everything way, consumption is MUST in proper limits. Much of everything are always not good for us.

WHEN THE LAST TIME WE SAY “THANKS LORD”?

Sometime, when we to much focus with everything in front of us, we forget with everything that we has reach for, until we don’t capable to enjoy it. Sometime we feel like, we always race with target that probably has hand over to us or may be moreover our self who give that responsibility. And the result is, when we already reach the limit of our line, we’ll fall and must stop. And the irony is, we can’t get anything, and we too late to enjoy all thing that we has reach.

It’s a good idea if sometime we stop from everything in our activity return to the past, and start to muse our past, roll back from beginning that we start. And then try to remember and enjoy one by one victory that we has. Try to remember all memories and grandeur that we ever have, and then start to be greatful to God for all thing that we ever have. I am sure that will be best way to chase away our bad mood.
